TMI Accuses
705 of Bad Faith Bargaining
May 14, 2008, TMI Chief Spokesperson, Phil Stanoch, sent a letter to
Local 705 accusing the Local's Chief Spokesperson, Mike Lass of
bargaining in bad faith. The following is a copy of that letter
followed by the response by Mike Lass which was presented to the TMI
committee during the May 15 session. This, by the way, was our 14th
meeting. Please read them both. If you have questions see your
