John Aufiero, Marty Hoffman and Jim Sullivan were all unjustly terminated at U.S. Foods. Local 705 decided to arbitrate their cases and prior to arbitration all three were reinstated.  Two drivers were returned in May and one in September. Union Representative Tom Swiatowiec was successful in obtaining over $80,000 in back-pay and pension.

John came to the 705 General Membership Meeting in October and expressed his gratitude to Tom and to 705 for a job well done.
